| 1/3 cup | green onions | chopped |
| 1 cup | half and half | |
| 12 oz | angel hair pasta | |

| 1 tbsp | Cajun seasoning |
| 1. | Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta. |
| 2. | Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil for 30 seconds over medium high heat. Stir in chicken and seasoning mix; saute until chicken is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Stir in the green onions. Cook 1 minute more. Add half and half; increase heat to high and boil until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. |
| 3. | Combine the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese. |
