Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

sweet potatoes or yams |

| 2 tablespoons |
olive oil |

| 1/2 teaspoon |
salt |

| 0.16 teaspoon |
pepper |

| 1.25 cup |
orange juice |

| 1/2 tablespoons |
honey |

chili powder |

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut each potato into 1-inch wedges. Place in a large plastic bag. Add olive oil and toss until coated. |

In a small bowl mix the orange juice, honey and chili powder. |

Arrange wedges in a 13X9X2 inch pan lined with foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, brushing 3 times with the orange juice mixture. |
