Leftover ham is delicious in baked mac and cheese. Also, reheat slices of ham in a skillet with brown sugar and serve with fried eggs and hash browns!

Baked Ham

10 minutes prep / 20 minutes per pound cooking

1 bone-in ham (6-8 lbs)
whole cloves
brown sugar
water

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place ham in a roasting pan and press whole cloves into the top. Cover ham with a layer of brown sugar; pat to stoay in place. Pour enough water into the pan to come to a 1-inch depth. Cover the pan tightly with foil.
3. Bake 20 minutes per pound. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
