Goulash

serves 5

1 lb ground beef or turkey
onions
peppers cut into inch pieces
mushrooms sliced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 package egg noodles
2 cloves garlic

1. Saute the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic.
2. Brown the meat and drain the fat.
3. Combine meat and veggies in a large pot. Add the diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add the egg noodles and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the mixture starts to dry out, add a little water.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
