| 1 lb | ground beef or turkey | |

| peppers | cut into inch pieces | |

| 2 cans | diced tomatoes | |
| 1/2 package | egg noodles | |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1. | Saute the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. |
| 2. | Brown the meat and drain the fat. |
| 3. | Combine meat and veggies in a large pot. Add the diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. |
| 4. | Add the egg noodles and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the mixture starts to dry out, add a little water. |
| 5. | Add salt and pepper to taste. |
