Tomatillo Salsa

1/2 lb Tomatillos
1 Jalapeno pepper seeds and ribs removed
1/4 red onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh cilantro lossely packed
1 -2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1. Add tomatillos and jalapeno to boiling water for 3 minutes until soft but still whole.
2. Place onion and garlic in food processor. Pulse several times. Add tomatillos and jalapeno. Process for several seconds. Add cilantro and lime juice and process for several more seconds.
3. Serve with tortilla chips, or in burritos, enchiladas, etc.
