Cranberry Orange Relish

serves 15

1.5 cups cranberries fresh
1 navel orange
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup walnuts chopped
1 tbsp grand marnier (or other orange-flavored liqueur)
2 tbsp orange peel

1. Combine cranberries, orange, and orange peel in a food processor. Pulse 5 times or until chopped.
2. Combine with sugar, walnuts, and liqueur. Let stand 30 minutes.
