Fish Salad

fish steak |
grilled and cooled (I used swordfish, but tuna or salmon would also be good) |
| 1 can |
white beans |
well rinsed and drained |
| 1/4 cup |
extra-virgin olive oil |

juice of one lemon |

| |
onions or shallots |
minced |
| |
fresh herbs |
minced (I used parsley, mint, basil) |

salt and pepper |
to taste |

Dice the fish into half inch cubes. Toss it with the remaining ingredients. Adjust ingredients to taste. |

Serve over greens, in a pita, or over greens in a pita! |
