Baked Mushroom Chicken

boneless, boneless, skinless chicken breasts |

flour |

| 1 cup |
sliced mushrooms |

| 0.33 cups |
shredded mozzarella cheese |

grated parmesan cheese |

sliced green onions |

chicken broth |

Flatten each chicken breast. Place flour with a little salt and pepper in a resealable bag. Add chicken a few pieces at a time. Shake to coat chicken. |

Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons melted butter. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to skillet and saute mushrooms until tender. Add chicken broth and simmer to reduce. |

Pour mushroom mixture over chicken and bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with the cheeses and green onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. |
