Fried Mac and Cheese

flour |

eggs |
beaten |
| 1 cup |
bread crumbs |

I used canola |

Put the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in separate bowls or plates. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and any other spices you'd like. |

Scoop out balls of mac and cheese. Roll each one in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Set each one on a rack to set. |

Fill a deep skillet with 1-2 inches of oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Fry the mac and cheese balls until browned on all sides. |

Set the mac and cheese balls on a rack or paper towels to drain. Let sit a few minutes. Serve with marinara sauce. |
