Yummy Bars

1 pkg	Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick	butter	melted
1	egg
3/4 cup	nuts	chopped
8 oz	cream cheese
1 box	powedered sugar
2	eggs

1.	Combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
2.	Sprinkle chopped nuts over mixture.
3.	Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 2 eggs. Pour into pan.
4.	Bake at 350 for 40 min or until golden.
