Kielbasa and Vegetables

Kielbasa |
(use turkey kielbasa to be healthier if you like) |
| 4 slices |
bacon |

| 1 medium |
onion |
chopped |
| 1 medium |
zucchini |
1/2 inch cubes |
| 1 cup |
carrot |
1/2 inch cubes |
| 1/2 bag |
frozen hash brown potatoes |

salt and pepper |
to taste |

In a large frying pan, cook the bacon. Remove and drain on a paper towel. |

Place all the vegetables in the pan, cover and cook on medium heat about 15 minutes. Stir vegetables every 5 minutes. |

Slice the kielbasa into chunks. Place on top of vegetables and cook, covered, about 5 minutes longer. |

Serve with bread or crescent rolls. |
