Kielbasa and Vegetables

Kielbasa and Vegetables
1 lb Kielbasa (use turkey kielbasa to be healthier if you like)
4 slices bacon
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium zucchini 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup carrot 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

1. In a large frying pan, cook the bacon. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
2. Place all the vegetables in the pan, cover and cook on medium heat about 15 minutes. Stir vegetables every 5 minutes.
3. Slice the kielbasa into chunks. Place on top of vegetables and cook, covered, about 5 minutes longer.
4. Serve with bread or crescent rolls.
