Fajitas

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
hot pepper to taste
chicken breasts
peppers and onions sliced

1. Combine first 7 ingredients to create marinade. Marinade chicken for 1 hour.
2. Remove chicken from marinade. Slice. Sear in hot pan. Meanwhile put the vegetables in the marinade.
3. Once the chicken is seared, add the veggies to the pan. When everything is about done, add the marinade and cook until thickened.
4. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and/or beans.
