Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1.5 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk

1. Melt the chocolate and let cool.
2. Beat the butter till soft. Add the sugar and beat for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and the salt.
3. On the stove, whisk the flour and the milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove and cool over ice water.
4. Add the chocolate to the butter mixture and beat. Add the milk-flour mixture and beat.
5. Pour over cake.
