| 2 oz | unsweetened chocolate | |
| 1.5 sticks | butter | |
| 1 cup | sugar | |
| 1 tsp | vanilla | |
| pinch | salt | |
| 1/4 cup | flour | |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 1. | Melt the chocolate and let cool. |
| 2. | Beat the butter till soft. Add the sugar and beat for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and the salt. |
| 3. | On the stove, whisk the flour and the milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove and cool over ice water. |
| 4. | Add the chocolate to the butter mixture and beat. Add the milk-flour mixture and beat. |
| 5. | Pour over cake. |
