1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup onion chopped
2 cups tomatoes chopped
1 apple cored and diced
1/4 cups raisins
pinch ground cumin
pinch ground cloves
1/2 cups broth or water
0.113 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Saute beef, garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, apple, raisins, spices, and broth or water. Simmer.
2. Use in stuffed peppers, enchiladas, etc.
3. (For stuffed peppers, stuff peppers with filling. Place in a dish, brush with oil. Top with some tomato sauce and throw some tomatoes in between the peppers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.)
