Gravy

serves 15

turkey drippings
reserved stuffing liquid
1 can chicken broth (if stuffing liquid not available)
1/2 cup water cold
1/3 cup flour

1. Heat pan drippings and stuffing liquid or broth on the stove.
2. Vigorously shake together flour and water in a jar. Add to the pan.
3. Whisk while bringing the mixture to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add more flour and water mixture if necessary.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
