| turkey drippings | ||
| reserved stuffing liquid | ||
| 1 can | chicken broth | (if stuffing liquid not available) |
| 1/2 cup | water | cold |
| 1/3 cup | flour |
| 1. | Heat pan drippings and stuffing liquid or broth on the stove. |
| 2. | Vigorously shake together flour and water in a jar. Add to the pan. |
| 3. | Whisk while bringing the mixture to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add more flour and water mixture if necessary. |
| 4. | Season with salt and pepper. |
