| 2 | Delmonico Steak | |
| 6 cloves | garlic | chopped |
| 1 handful | fresh parsley | chopped (or other herbs) |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and marinate between 1 hour and overnight |
| 2. | Cook under the broiler for 3 minutes per side |
