Baked Mac and Cheese with Ham

butter |

| 1 tbsp |
flour |

| 2 cups |
milk |
|
| 24 oz |
shredded cheese |
mild cheddar or some blend of cheeses |

cubed ham |

Preheat oven to 350. |

Cook pasta according to package directions. |

Melt 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 tbsp flour and mix well. Microwave it 20 sec. Add about 2 cups milk; stir well. Microwave it 3 min. Stir. Microwave 3 more min. Stir. Add 2 16 ox packages shredded mild cheddar or some blend of cheeses. Stir. |

Pour over cooked macaroni and ham. Mix well. Bake in a 350 degree over for 40 min. |
