Turkey Crunch

| 2 cups |
cooked turkey or chicken |
diced |
| 16 oz |
french style green beans |

| 1 can |
condensed cream of mushroom soup |

| 1/4 cup |
milk |
|
| 1 package |
sliced mushrooms |
|
| 1 tbsp |
butter |
|
| 3 oz |
chow mein noodles |

| 3 oz |
french fried onions |

Saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir to combine. |

Spray a large baking dish (11X7) with Pam. Pour in the turkey mixture. Bake in a 350 degree over for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. |

Add more chowmein noodles and fried onions over top for the last 5 minutes of baking time. |

You may substitute cream of chicken soup. If you use froxen beans it should bake for 40 to 45 minutes. |

Serve over rice. |
