Turkey Crunch

serves 4

Turkey Crunch
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken diced
16 oz french style green beans
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
3 oz chow mein noodles
3 oz french fried onions

1. Saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir to combine.
2. Spray a large baking dish (11X7) with Pam. Pour in the turkey mixture. Bake in a 350 degree over for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
3. Add more chowmein noodles and fried onions over top for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
4. You may substitute cream of chicken soup. If you use froxen beans it should bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
5. Serve over rice.
