7 Layer Salad

serves 6

1.5 cups Shell Pasta cooked and drained
12 oz ham cut in strips
1.5 cups lettuce shredded
3 eggs hardboiled and chopped
10 oz peas thawed and drained
4 oz shredded cheese colby jack or cheddar or your pref
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions chopped
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the pasta and the eggs. Prepare all other ingredients.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, and salt and pepper.
3. Place all the ingredients in layers in a large glass bowl. Put the dressing on top of the lettuce layer. This can be the top layer or a middle layer.
